Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts (1 per person)*
- Salt
- 3 tbs Soy Sauce
- 1 tbs Corn Starch
- 2 tbs Water
- 1/3 cup chicken stock in water*
- Stir Fry Vegetables (frozen packet)
- 2 tbs sugar (Or honey)
- 2 tbs oil
- 1/3 cup rice (per person)
Cooking Directions:
- Mix the Corn Starch, Water , Soy Sauce, Chicken stock and Sugar/Honey together in a bowl.
- Prepare rice.
- Cut the chicken breasts into 2cm cubes and fry with 1 tbs of oil. Once cooked cooked through remove from the pan.
- Add the remaining 1tbs of oil and then place the desired amount of vegetables from the packet in the pan. I would recommend 200g per person.
- Once the vegetables have defrosted and there is no longer residue water in the pan add back the chicken pieces and pour over the sauce.
- Reduce the heat and allow for the sauce to thicken.
- Once the sauce is thick, remove the pan from the stove and serve with rice.

Notes:
- This meal can easily be vegetarian. Just remove the chicken breasts and replace the chicken stock with vegetable stock. You may also want to increase the quantity of the vegetables.
- This dish can be served with rice or noodles.
